PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for picking up completed service items within two (2) business days of notification* that the repair is complete. Unless prior arrangements have been approved by E-Bike Central, a storage fee of $50 per day will be assessed beginning on the third business day following notification. Storage fees must be paid before the item is released.

For the safety of our customers and staff, E-Bike Central performs battery/electrical service only on e-bikes and scooters equipped with UL-certified electrical systems and batteries.
