Service Pickup & Storage Policy:
Customers are responsible for picking up completed service items within two business days of notification that the repair is complete. Unless prior arrangements have been approved by E-Bike Central, a storage fee will be assessed beginning on the third business day following notification.
For the safety of our customers and staff, E-Bike Central performs battery/electrical service only on e-bikes and scooters equipped with UL-certified electrical systems and batteries.
