Return Policy

Returns are accepted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase for a full refund if ridden 15 miles or less and returned in original, undamaged condition with all accessories, chargers, keys, manuals, and other items included at the time of sale.

Returns within seven (7) calendar days with more than 15 miles of use are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The seller reserves the right to deduct additional amounts for damage, abuse, missing items, excessive wear or modifications. All sales are final after seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date.
