Shauna was so helpful and responsive! My son’s e-bike was not functioning and she had her mechanic review it and diagnose the controller was bad. I was able to go back to the manufacturer to get a replacement under our warranty. Shauna was instrumental in helping resolve this. I would highly recommend this shop...

Ordered two ebikes from Shauna at E-Bike central. The transaction, service and delivery could not have gone any smoother. Absolutely amazing experience. Very friendly, emailed me back every day I sent an email. And I sent a lot of emails lol. Probably got annoyed of me by the end of it all. No complaints whatsoever! Will be doing more business with them no hesitation!
