Our service department provides maintenance, repairs and tune-ups to keep your ride running smoothly and safely. Whether you need a quick adjustment or a full diagnostic, our experienced technicians are ready to help.
For the safety of our customers and staff, E-Bike Central performs mechanical and electrical service only on e-bikes equipped with UL-certified electrical systems and batteries.
Delivery & Returns
We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius of our store in Sherwood, OR. If you need a return or exchange, please email ebikecentralpdx@gmail.com so we can discuss a replacement.
